| Mr. Davis is currently president and CEO of Sionex Corporation, a high technology company focused on commercializing chemical sensor chips and systems. Prior to joining Sionex, Mr. Davis had been president of a number of high technology companies, both public and private, including MicroTouch, Lasertron, Radiant Images and General Scanning. These became leaders in their respective worldwide markets. Earlier in his career, Davis was a partner with Braxton Associates, a leading strategy consulting firm. Mr. Davis currently serves on the board of directors of ThreeCore and VFA, Inc. and the board of advisors of Axcel Photonics. He earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S.E. from Princeton University. |

| Tom Ebling was Chairman and CEO of ProfitLogic, a leading provider of Merchandise Optimization solutions for retailers. Profitlogic was acquired by Oracle in 2005. With over 20 years of experience in business management and software development, Tom has earned a reputation for driving growth and delivering shareholder value.
Prior to joining ProfitLogic, Tom served as CEO of Torrent Systems, a data warehousing infrastructure software company, which he sold to Ascential in November 2001. Prior to his tenure at Torrent Systems, Tom spent 18 years at Marcam Solutions, where he began as employee number three and played a key role in every part of the business as the company grew, culminating in a role as Executive Vice President of Customer Operations. During this time, Tom helped grow Marcam to a $200 million company, which he helped lead through a successful IPO. Tom was also founder and president of Wyoming Software Design, which provided software customization services to construction companies. Tom graduated with a B.A. in Mathematics from Williams College in Williamstown, MA. |

| Jerry is current President and CEO of VFA. He has more than 20 years of general management and strategic technology experience, and has established a proven track record with both emerging and established software and services companies.
Prior to VFA, Jerry served as Executive Vice President of the Investors Services Group at First Data Corporation and Corporate Vice President/General Manager at New England Business Systems. He also directed the worldwide channel strategy for software products at ComputerVision, where he held the position of Vice President/General Manager of Alternate Channels Business Unit.
Jerry graduated from the United States Coast Guard Academy with a bachelor's degree in engineering and received his master's in business administration from Yale University. Prior to his business career, Jerry served in the U.S. Coast Guard for nine years, achieving the rank of lieutenant commander. Jerry is also a member of the board of directors of Tangoe, Inc. |

| Mr. Martinson has been a venture capitalist for 27 years. As Managing Partner of Edison Venture Fund, he currently serves on the board of directors of 12 companies, specializing in software and business services.
Prior to founding Edison Venture Fund in 1986, Mr. Martinson was Principal of the InnoVen Group, specializing in early-stage, technology oriented investments. He also managed the rapid expansion of Qwip Systems, a Venture Division of Exxon Enterprises.
Mr. Martinson earned a B.S. in Aeronautics as a Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, an M.S. in Astronautics from Purdue University, and an M.B.A., Beta Gamma Sigma, from Southern Illinois University. He was Chairman of both the National Venture Capital Association and the New Jersey Technology Council. |

| Mr. Vanderweil serves as Chairman of the Board of Vanderweil Engineers, one of the largest mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and telecommunications (MEP/FP/T) engineering firms in the industry. A son of the founder, Mr. Vanderweil joined the firm in 1967.
The firm has offices in Boston, MA; Princeton, NJ; and Alexandria, VA, and has designed the mechanical and electrical infrastructure for buildings and companies from coast to coast.
Mr. Vanderweil has extensive design experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical building systems. He holds an A.B. in Engineering from Harvard University and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
