Survey Templates:
New Functionality to Promote Targeted Data Collection
What is a VFA.auditor Survey Template?
The Survey Template functionality introduced in VFA.auditor 2.0 allows an organization to build assessment surveys for a specific purpose or data collection requirement. Surveys can be designed to capture data on a particular building type or set of building systems.
This highly flexible platform allows a facility management team to align the content of the Survey with the specific building system components. For example, a VFA.auditor Survey Template could be created to target the inspection of all the roofing systems across a group of buildings. Another template could be targeted to inspect all the air distribution (HVAC) systems. Organizations can also utilize these templates to address buildings with very unique systems, such as medical, lab, education, or research facilities.
The VFA.auditor Survey Template interface allows administrators to build survey content based on a pre-defined VFA Asset Model or from existing building system details, and also provides the flexibility to create an ad-hoc selection of building systems based on specific assessment criteria.
With over 600 building systems available in the VFA Assessment Library, VFA.auditor 2.0 surveys can be configured to effectively collect data on almost any portfolio.
