During his 30-year distinguished career in Missouri state government, Mr. Bybee was responsible for assessing state-wide assets and managing over 30 major construction projects totaling nearly a billion dollars. He has held several management positions within the Division of Design and Construction including Senior Project Manager, Assistant Chief Engineer, Chief Engineer, Supervisor of In-House Design, Project Management Branch Chief, and Section Leader. He holds a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri/Rolla and is a past president of the National Association of State Facility Administrators (NASFA).
