Mr. Kwok oversees the strategic direction and delivery of VFA’s integrated professional and consulting services and software solutions in the US state and local government, education and international markets. As a results-oriented professional working collaboratively with clients, Mr. Kwok is recognized for developing effective capital planning strategies with some of the world’s largest organizations. He has a background in global strategic consulting and organizational design, construction and plant operations and has held a number of key leadership positions at VFA. Prior to joining VFA, Mr. Kwok was involved with large scale facilities and construction programs with E. I. Dupont and General Motors Corporation. He is a frequent guest speaker and author of numerous articles in trade publications. Mr. Kwok operates out of the Boston, Vancouver and London offices.
